2026 Teachers Day Celebrations
3 September 2026
On Teachers' Day 2026, we celebrated the contributions, commitment and dedication of our staff and teachers.
Today we marked Teachers’ Day with a morning of appreciation, celebration and time set aside for teachers and students to connect beyond the usual rhythms of lessons and school routines.
The morning began with teachers choosing from three activities organised for them: pickleball, perfume-making, or a showcase of student performances. Each offered a different way for teachers to relax, enjoy one another’s company and take a brief break from the classroom.
At the same time, students across the College were preparing their classrooms for a more personal segment of the celebrations. Each class planned its own time of bonding with its teachers, with activities ranging from games and conversations to in-class picnics. The different celebrations gave students and teachers an opportunity simply to spend time together, strengthening the relationships that form an important part of the College experience.
The celebrations also included the presentation of the Creative Teacher, Nurturing Teacher and Inspirational Teacher Awards. These awards recognised the different ways in which our teachers contribute to the lives of their students, whether through creativity in teaching, consistent care and encouragement, or their ability to inspire students to grow and pursue their best.

More than a morning of activities, the celebration was ultimately an opportunity for the College community to recognise the many roles our teachers play. Beyond teaching their subjects, they guide, encourage, challenge and journey alongside our Saints through an important stage of their lives.
To all our staff and teachers, thank you for the care, commitment and heart you bring to the College each day.
