2025 PSC Scholarship Recipient | Kendric Chang (23S11)

We are proud to announce that Kendric (Class of 2024) has been awarded the Public Service Commission (PSC) Scholarship (Engineering)!

As a member of the 46th Student Council, Kendric stood out as a servant leader who embodied our WISE and TRUE values; leading with Wonder, Integrity, Self-Discipline, Excellence, while showing Thanksgiving, Resilience, Unity and Empathy in all he did. From excelling in national competitions and internships, to conceptualising impactful college events, Kendric balanced his stellar academics with service and leadership.

Whether stepping up to lead the National Anthem for 1,500 Saints, or mentoring juniors through morning reflections, Kendric consistently inspired others through courage, compassion, and commitment. We celebrate his achievement and look forward to how he will continue to make a difference in Singapore as an engineer and leader. Well done, Kendric!
